Inspect - Xtime Mobile - Technician can share images with customers

Overview:

The technician is wanting to share multimedia taken during the inspection with the customer. This article will discuss what setup is needed so this can be done.

Resolution:

1. Go to user management under configure in Schedule
2. Find the technician that should have the ability to share images
3. Add the permission ABILITY FOR TECHNICIAN TO SEND MEDIA DIRECTLY TO CUSTOMERS
   
4. Save the employee record

The user should be then be able to access the media record in Xtime Mobile
