All flags have a precedence, meaning they will “cover” another flag’s color on the dashboard if more than one flag is selected. For example, if I have anOn Holdflag and aPartsflag selected, the On Hold flag would keep the RO in the dashboard highlightedorangedue to precedence.
Flag | Precedence |
On Hold | Precedence over the Parts, Warranty Approval, and Customer Approval flags. |
Parts | Precedence over Warranty Approval and Customer Approval flagswhen selected after them.If this flag is selected before the other two flags, the other flags will take precedence. |
Customer Approval | Precedence over the Parts flagwhen selected after it.This flag always has precedence over the Warranty Approval flag. |
Warranty Approval | Precedence over the Parts flagwhen selected after it. |
Custom Flags | Precedence over the On Hold, Parts, Customer Approval, and Warranty Approval flags. Custom flags have precedence over other customer flags based on their order in Admin > Settings > Custom Repair Order Flags. The one at the top has precedence over the one below it, and so on. |
