Overview

This article will discuss the dealership view in message center and who can view the messages on this tab.

Solution

The Dealership tab will only show for users that have access to both Schedule and Inspect. If they are only Inspect users; such as, a technician or parts user, they will not see the tab but only see the Dealership entries.

Advisors will see both tabs.

The guidelines for seeing the messages on the Dealership tab are the following:

1. You must be logged in as the user the message was sent from or the message was sent to.
2. The RO must be assigned to the user
3. The RO must have a message directed towards the user in Dealer chat in the last 5 days.
