Modifying Capacity for a Single Day
There are cases where a dealer may request to limit the capacity for a single day due to unexpected absences and other cases.
To modify the capacity for a single day:
- Click on Workbook from Scheduling.
- On the left hand side, select the Capacity tab.
- Click on the Edit icon to the right of the capacity to be modified.
- You will now be on the Capacity page. Adjust the capacities as needed. Note: If the dealership has teams, you will have to adjust capacity for each team.
- Save Changes.
