Inspect - Quote - Send multimedia to customer in quote
In this article I will discuss how to send an image or video added with the Xtime Mobile application.
Technician or an advisor has added an image or video to an initial concern or ASR line with the Xtime Mobile application. Now you are having a problem getting that media to the customer with the quote. To correct the issue please use the following steps.
- Click on the quote action button in Inspect
In the Schedule screen on the quote tab click on the image link for the concern.
The attachment manager screen should popup and you will want to click on
the toggle to Attach inspection video to quote so that it is disabled and
the toggle moves to the left of the switch.
Click on the check box at the top of the Attachment manager screen. so the
box has a check mark entered
- Click on the blue Update ASR line button to save the change.
You will then see a numeric value for the media file or files you intend
to send for the line.
Once this is complete verify that the check mark to send the line is checked and the image will be sent with the quote.
