Modifying Capacity for a Single Day

Overview

There are cases where a dealer may request to limit the capacity for a single day due to unexpected absences and other cases.

Resolution

To modify the capacity for a single day:

  1. Click on Workbook from Scheduling.
  2. On the left hand side, select the Capacity tab.
  3. Click on the Edit icon to the right of the capacity to be modified.

  1. You will now be on the Capacity page.  Adjust the capacities as needed.  Note:  If the dealership has teams, you will have to adjust capacity for each team.
  2. Save Changes.
