General Acct Info - Resetting a Users Password

Overview

This article discusses how to manually reset a User's password in the event they are unable to reset their

password through the Forgot Password link on the Xtime Login page.

 

  1. Go to Configure > Dealership > User Management
  2. Click Search to search for the User.
  3. Click the Reset Password tab.
  4. Click Reset Password.

 

Note: The user must login to the desktop site before attempting to login with Engage.
